The consumer sends complaints about the products or the service to the company within a reasonable period of time. This can be done by mail (Clara Wichmanntuin 2 in (1705 JZ) Heerhugowaard) or by e-mail (to firstname.lastname@example.org). The company will handle the complaint within fourteen days and will try to resolve the complaint. If the consumer is not satisfied, the solution offered is to reject the complaint, after which the consumer can submit the complaint to the civil court.
Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes will be submitted to the Dutch court. To the extent that mandatory rules do not prescribe otherwise, the exclusive court of Alkmaar in Noord-Holland is declared by jurisdiction to hear the dispute. (Read terms and conditions)
